Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CVio, operated by TECHPAD E.E., Dimitriou Gounari 96, 15125 Marousi, Greece (VAT EL801829788). By using CVio you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CVio.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Service description
CVio provides CV tailoring, cover-letter generation, an advisory fit score, and interview preparation tools.
4. Application credits
Use of the core analysis flow is metered in application credits. One credit covers one CV analysed against one job description and the outputs generated for that application. Editing, reviewing and downloading the same completed application does not consume another credit. Regenerating, or analysing another job description, uses another credit. Credits are non-transferable.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in EUR. Final pricing, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Refunds and consumer withdrawal
Failed generation, or partial/unusable output, restores the credit automatically. Confirmed duplicate billing is refunded. Successfully delivered digital output is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where defective. By proceeding with checkout you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that once the digital service has been fully provided you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.
8. User content
You own the content you submit. You grant TECHPAD E.E. a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service. You must not upload another person's CV without permission and lawful authority.
9. Generated content
AI-generated output may contain mistakes. You must review generated content before use and remain responsible for the applications you send. You must not add false experience.
10. Acceptable use
Scraping, automated bulk use, reverse engineering, and unauthorised resale of the service are prohibited.
11. Intellectual property
CVio, including its software, design and content (excluding your content), is owned by TECHPAD E.E. and its licensors.
12. Availability and suspension
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
13. No hiring guarantee
CVio does not guarantee interviews, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, or passage through any applicant tracking system.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHPAD E.E. excludes implied warranties and limits liability to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not commit to using a specific alternative dispute-resolution body but will respond in good faith to requests routed through the ODR platform.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a shorter notice is required by law.
