CVio Partner Programme Terms
Last updated: 14 July 2026.
These terms govern participation in the CVio Partner Programme ("Programme"). By applying, you agree to the terms below. CVio may update these terms and will notify approved partners of material changes.
1. Eligibility
The Programme is intended for career coaches, CV writers, interview coaches, recruiters, graduate consultants, university employability teams and job-search community leaders. CVio reviews every application and may accept or decline at its discretion.
2. Acceptable promotion
You may recommend CVio through your website, newsletter, social media, coaching sessions and other legitimate channels. Recommendations must be honest, accurate and consistent with CVio's product.
3. Required disclosure
When you share your referral link publicly, you must disclose that you may receive a commission if the reader purchases. A short line such as "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link." is sufficient.
4. Prohibited spam
Unsolicited bulk email, misleading advertising, purchased traffic, cookie stuffing, incentivised clicks and impersonation of CVio are prohibited.
5. Misleading claims
You must not claim that CVio guarantees interviews, employment or ATS approval, or that CVio is endorsed by a specific employer unless CVio has confirmed that in writing.
6. Self-referrals
Purchases made by your own CVio account, or by accounts you control, are not eligible for commission and may be reversed.
7. Commission rate and eligibility
You earn 30% commission on eligible paid purchases made by users referred through your unique link, within a 30-day attribution window from the first click.
Commission is recurring for the lifetime of the attributed customer: it applies to their first eligible paid purchase and to every future eligible paid purchase, with no first-purchase-only limit. Once a customer is validly attributed to you, that attribution is permanent and cannot be taken over by another partner.
Commission applies to eligible paid purchases only. Free usage of CVio, including a referred user's first free application, generates €0 commission and does not remove or weaken your attribution.
8. How commission is calculated
Commission means 30% of the gross amount actually collected by CVio from an eligible purchase made by a referred customer, after discounts and adjusted for refunds or chargebacks.
VAT and other sales taxes are included in the commission basis and are never deducted before commission is calculated. Discounts, coupons and promotional pricing reduce the amount actually paid and therefore reduce commission. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the basis. Catalogue list price is never used when the actual payment amount is available. Commission is recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer; a referred customer's first free application produces no commission. Commission is held for 30 days before payout, and recoverable balances may offset future payouts.
Example: a customer pays €29.99 including VAT. Your commission is 30% × €29.99 = €9.00.
9. Refunds, partial refunds and disputes
Commissions are held for 30 days from the purchase date before becoming eligible for payout, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
A full refund fully reverses the related commission. A partial refund reduces the commission proportionally to the refunded share of the payment; multiple partial refunds are applied incrementally, never twice for the same refunded amount. Card disputes and chargebacks may temporarily or permanently reverse commission. If a dispute is resolved in CVio's favour and the revenue is retained, the affected commission is restored. Refunds and disputes affecting the same payment are reconciled against a single remaining-revenue figure, so the same loss is never charged against your commission twice. Your net commission always equals 30% of the gross customer payment CVio ultimately retains.
10. Commissions already paid to you
If a commission has already been paid to you and the underlying payment is later refunded or lost to a chargeback, CVio does not debit you. Instead the amount is recorded as a recoverable balance on your partner account and is automatically offset against your future payouts. Every adjustment is recorded and visible in your dashboard.
11. Suspension and termination
CVio may suspend or terminate any partner account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise brings CVio into disrepute. While your account is suspended, existing referred customers remain attributed to you, but purchases made during the suspension period generate no commission. If your account is reactivated, future eligible purchases earn 30% commission again; purchases made during the suspension are not retroactively commissioned.
12. Manual payout process
Commission is created as pending, held for 30 days, then becomes eligible for approval. Approved commissions are grouped into a payout and paid manually by CVio, with any recoverable balance netted off before payment. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes due on commissions you receive.
13. Programme changes
CVio may change commission rates, the attribution window, the pending period or any other aspect of the Programme with reasonable notice.
